Why Road to Match

Three pillars. One destination:
medicine in the U.S.

Specialties

Each specialty has its own rules, exams and routes. Our programs are designed per specialty, no one-size-fits-all formula.

Method

A personalized plan built from your profile: exams, CV, networking and application, with guidance until you match.

Community

Alumni at UCSF, Johns Hopkins, Mass General Brigham, Mayo Clinic and beyond. A network that opens doors from inside the U.S.

About

The one mapping the path
has walked it before.

Road to Match was born from a real journey, and the realization that it could be replicated.

Dr. Jade Iwasaka-Neder earned her medical degree from the State University of Pará (UEPA), completed a Master of Public Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and is now a Radiology resident at Brigham and Women's Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham / Harvard Medical School.

Clearing each stage, she realized the path was far more achievable than it seemed, and that other international physicians kept getting stuck at the same points. Road to Match exists to unlock those points, specialty by specialty.

Method

Four fronts, one outcome.

Exams

A complete USMLE strategy (Step 1, 2CK and 3), with a realistic schedule for those still practicing medicine full-time.

CV

Building the American CV, recommendation letters and competitive positioning of your profile.

Networking

Authentic relationships with professors, researchers and programs. The door nobody tells you about.

Application

Surgical program selection, personal statement, interviews and ranking strategy.

The brand

Why "Road to Match"?

The match is the moment the American system says "yes", when a hospital chooses you. Everything we do points to that day. Road to Match is the umbrella brand of our programs: each specialty has its own mentorship, all sharing the same method and the same network.
